TERMS & CONDITIONS-

1. Customer who spends AED 300 or more at Yas Mall, AED 200 or more at WTC, Abu Dhabi and AED 250 or more Al Jimi Mall, Al Ain and has Darna App on their mobile only will be eligible to participate in any of the Shop, Play & Win activation
2. Only Darna members who spend AED 300 or more at Yas Mall, AED 200 or more at WTC, Abu Dhabi and AED 250 or more Al Jimi Mall, Al Ain will be eligible to participate in any of the Shop, Play & WIN activation
3. Darna app members must present a receipt of AED 200 or more from any of the Yas Mall stores. The receipt is valid on the same day of shopping
4. Multiple receipts of smaller value can be combined if the total is AED 300 or more at Yas Mall, AED 200 or more at WTC, Abu Dhabi and AED 250 or more Al Jimi Mall, Al Ain. Receipt to be of same day shopping
5. Total Spend of AED 300 or more at Yas Mall entitles one entry/chance to play once only
6. Total Spend of AED 250 or more at Al Jimi Mall entitles one entry/chance to play once only
7. Total Spend of AED 200 or more at WTC, Abu Dhabi entitles one entry/chance to play once only
8. Customer must be part of Etihad Guest Miles program to be able to enjoy the prizes won during the Spend, Play and Win activation at Aldar Malls
9. The winners once verified will receive Etihad Airways Business Class Air ticket. Etihad Airways Terms & Conditions apply.
10. Each valid receipt entitles the customer one entry only to participate in any of the activities within the Shop, Play and Win event area
11. Prizes won cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash in part or full
12. Prizes won cannot be changed, replaced, exchanged, or transferred
13. Aldar Malls will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of prizes won
14. Free Darna points will be credited within 7 working days to winning customers
15. Customers to be Darna member and have their Visa credit card linked to avail the Darna Points
16. Free Etihad Guest Miles will be credited within 7 working days to winning customer, as long as customer are part of Etihad Guest program and shared their membership number with the Registration staff at Shop, Play and Win activation area
17. The winner must be an existing Etihad Guest member to qualify to win the Etihad Airways Business Class tickets
18. Aldar Gift Card can only be collected from Mall Customer Service desk
19. Customer data collected during participation will be used for future communication purpose
20. Aldar Malls reserves the right to reject customers from participation if terms and condition of activation/participation are not met by the customers
21. 20 winners (10 Winners will WIN Darna Points and 10 Winners will WIN Etihad Guest Miles) will be selected from an overall cumulative draw across all three malls supervised by the Department of Economic Development, Abu Dhabi on May 17th
22. Winner(s) will be notified by mall’s customer service team.
23. Prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable.
24. Valid ID (Emirates ID or Passport) must be presented to claim the prize.
25. Employees of ALDAR Properties and any of its retailers, their immediate family members or their contractual suppliers, advertising and PR agencies are not eligible to enter this campaign.
26. Aldar Retail reserves the right to withhold prize(s) for any irregularities found in the customer information provided and/or ineligibility is reserved with the authority in charge at the location in coordination with the Department of Economic Development, Abu Dhabi.
27. ALDAR Management’s decision in relation to any aspect of the draw is final and binding on every person entering the draw in coordination with the Department of Economic Development, Abu Dhabi; no correspondence will be entertained.
28. ALDAR Management reserves the right to cancel or amend any terms and conditions at any time without prior intimation and in coordination with the Department of Economic Development, Abu Dhabi. Any such changes will be deemed to be incorporated into these terms and conditions.
29. ALDAR Management will not be responsible for any entries not received for any reason by the start of each draw, whether lost, delayed, damaged or otherwise, and whether due to any technical difficulties or malfunctions.
30. By entering this promotion, the customer has accepted all the above terms and conditions.
